サービスの Easy to install using commercial socket wrench. Pass a test with the use of the shock and vibration testing machine which complies with a regulation of NAS3350. Range in size from M4 to M36. Patented by Limited Company SIT, Patent No.6179926   LOOSE AND FALL PRIVENTION SPRING FOR BOLTS/NUTS   Feature 1. Loose prevention by tightening and pressure of the spring. The tightening on the screw which comes from placing the spring to the bolt and the pressure by touching three sides of the nuts affect the prevention from loosening. 2. Visual confirmation for installation. Triangle shape of the outer diameter will change to hexagonal shape by effecting of the tightening. The diameter of nut’s terminal will be expanded when it touches with the nuts. Once they become parallel, which means installment is completed. Moreover, the pressure to the nuts is generated from the three sides. 3. Available to set up with the existing boults/nuts It is available if excess length of your boults/nuts is more than five turns. Or you can put the petal fastener first and nut next into a dodecagon socket if you use new one. Spring mechanism makes the installment smoothly. Press a side of the nut from three sides and resultant force is generated from this pressure and tightening of the screw.   Right side photo shows completion of installment.
